‘Concentrate on your profession in a disciplined way rather than spending more time on partying’ – Actress Kushboo advised her younger colleagues in a chat with Kannada film media on Saturday evening. She had come down to release the audio album of her sibling Abdulla’s (who is Shiva in Kannada) Kannada film ‘Janani’ which was in the cans for long.

She said she is busy in my production house with ger television serials Jaya TV ‘The Nimol’ and Vijay TV ‘Kalki’ and that’s why she is not taking up major projects on big screen. When questioned about her temple ‘Kushambikai’ - a temple made by fans her fans- in Tiruchi the actress said she had not visited the temple so far.

A familiar actress in Kannada too from the days of ‘Ranadheera’ opposite V Ravichandran the actress of high caliber says the delay in the release of her Brother Abdulla’s film ‘Janani’ was because of financial difficulty. As a sister I did not want to help financially. He wanted to stand on his own legs, she said.

Asked on the recent Supreme Court remarks she refused to comment and said she is waiting for final verdict. My life is going very smooth. I am comfortable with my job, earnings, husband Sundar, children Anandika and Avanthika the happy looking Kushboo informed.

Drawing her attention on passing away of Dr Vishnuvardhana with whom she acted in top films like ‘Hrudaya Geethe’ and ‘Jeeva Nadhi’ Kushboo said it is a great loss to all of us. He was the guiding force and like an encyclopedia. Vishnuji left very early in life. God takes good people very early. I was out of the country when the news of his demise came to me added Kushboo.
